It is not uncommon for my clients to forget to celebrate their accomplishments along the way, being so focused on the next step in their action plan that they fail to recognize their current achievement. When this happens, I encourage them to pause, reflect, and take a moment to celebrate. After years of hard work, the Lead Your Way Virtual Launch Party is my way of taking time to stop and celebrate.
